CHAR

We use the CHAR Function in excel to return the character identified to the specified number, it represent in the ANSI character set used by Windows. The Number must be between 1 and 255. The number should be between 1 to 255. It returns #VALUE! , if we use number argument is < 1 or > 255. The supplied number argument is not recognised as a numeric value.
